You MUST completely fill in the entry form, EXCEPT the entry number which we assign. Please mail/drop-off the entry form WITH your mead. If you have multiple entries please (lightly) tape a form to EACH bottle. Bottles MUST be stripped of identifying markers/labels of the mead-maker, except the mead entry form. When we receive your mead entry we will remove your mead entry form and attach a special label that includes an ENTRY NUMBER WE ASSIGN, and a description of the mead based on your entry form. It does not include personal identifiers. Failure to provide a bottled as described may lead to disqualification. It comes down to this folks: We are not going to spend time peeling labels off commercial or personal mead entries.
